Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.  Be mindful that your appointment does take time away from other clients wishing to experience a service with us. We are willing to work with anyone communicating scheduling needs with us. This policy is enforced and will not be waived.


If you choose to not communicate with a salon team member or your stylist, you will be charged 60% of your scheduled service to honor and compensate for stylist’s time. We charge for same day cancellations and no shows. Deposits are required for certain services and will not be waived.


We understand things happen, however, your time booked with our team members is time taken away from clients waiting for availability.

This is non negotiable, the management will communicate this again with you at the time of the charge.
